Breakfast is a favorite part of the Trillium experience. It features homemade breads and local dairy products. Each morning a variety of fresh breads, made by hand from scratch, are baked in our farmhouse kitchen. Along with the homemade breads there is a selection of homemade jams and jellies. All are brought to each private guest cottage in a covered basket for guests to enjoy along with local butter, farm eggs, milk, and juice.
Trillium recipes and our family farm have been featured in numerous publications for more than two decades. “Best Recipes from American Country Inns and Bed and Breakfasts”, “Mornings Inn Style”, “Specialties of the House” and “Have Breakfast With Us Again” are just a few of the cookbooks where Trillium recipes have been showcased over the years.
