Terms and Conditions

Grandma’s Cottage: $125.00, plus tax (2 or fewer guests per night).
Hill Cottage: $150.00, plus tax (2 or fewer guests per night).
Each additional guest older than 12 years: $50.00 per day, plus tax.
There is no charge for children younger than 12 years of age.

We offer reduced rates for weekly stays, 7 nights or longer, and for winter rates (November through the end of February).
There is a 3- night minimum for Holiday Weekends.
All rates include breakfast at the cottage each morning.

Weekly rates are a 10% discount off the daily rates, per guest, plus tax. Winter rates apply November 1st thru the end of February and are reduced for stays of more than one night, Mondays thru Thursdays ONLY. Winter rates do not apply during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend or between December 24^th and January 1^st each year.

Rates are by the number of guests per day and the rate is different for each cottage. Payment accepted by travelers’ checks, cash, credit card, or personal checks. Gift Certificates are available year-round.

An additional discount is offered, year-round, to guests that use environmentally friendly hybrid vehicles when traveling to Trillium. As of 2007, Trillium has earned a “green” designation by qualifying under the “Travel Green Wisconsin” statewide program for its numerous, innovative, environmentally friendly conservation practices. (Travel Green Wisconsin is a voluntary program that reviews, certifies and recognizes businesses that have made a commitment to continuously improve their operations in order to reduce their environmental impacts. This program allows businesses to evaluate their operations, set goals, and take specific actions towards environmental, social and economic sustainability.)
